These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and i77 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the i77 website located at https://i77.bio and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, account management, and payment processing.

These Terms apply to all users of the i77 platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported device or connection method. Access to the i77 platform from any territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.

i77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. To register an account with i77, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a business entity or on behalf of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended i77 account under any name or identity.

• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on i77.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method (email address or phone number). Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

i77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any player at any time. This may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card or passport), proof of residential address (such as a utility bill dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, suspension, or closure.

i77 permits only one registered account per person. If you have previously held an i77 account that was closed at your request or by i77, you must contact our support team before attempting to register a new account. Attempting to create a second account without prior authorisation is a breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your i77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your account under any circumstances. i77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify i77 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. i77 will take appropriate steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.

You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on your i77 account profile is accurate and kept up to date. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. i77 may be unable to process certain transactions or verify your identity if your account details are out of date.

i77 reserves the right to apply restrictions to your account, suspend your account, or request additional verification at any time if we have reason to believe that your account activity is unusual, suspicious, or inconsistent with your registered profile. Such measures are taken to protect both the player and the integrity of the i77 platform.

Your i77 account balance is held in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed amounts on the platform, including game results, bet amounts, winnings, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal amounts, are denominated in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. i77 does not maintain accounts in any other currency at this time.

i77 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and i77 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount on i77 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit applied by the platform by default, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. All deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your i77 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times, which are typically within a few minutes.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount on i77 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the verification requirements described in Section 2. i77 aims to process withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) within 2–4 hours of approval. Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard) may take 3–5 business days depending on your card issuer and bank.

Withdrawal Verification: i77 may require identity verification to be completed before processing a withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold. This is a standard fraud prevention and player protection measure. You will be notified if additional documentation is required and given a reasonable timeframe to provide it.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any bonus funds credited to your account must meet the applicable wagering requirements in full before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for full bonus terms.
• i77 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside i77's control.

All transactions on i77 are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring. i77 reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your account if a transaction is flagged by our AML systems. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in a temporary account restriction until the matter is resolved.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements, meaning you must bet the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the triggering deposit amount) a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus-derived funds are non-withdrawable.

Eligible Games: Not all games on i77 contribute equally to the fulfilment of wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100% of each bet placed towards wagering requirements, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution percentages for each game category will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.

Expiry: All bonus funds and any associated free spins carry an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met before the bonus expires, any remaining bonus funds and any winnings derived from those bonus funds will be voided and removed from your account. The expiry date of any active bonus is visible in your account bonus history.

Bonus Abuse: i77 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, creating multiple accounts to claim the same welcome bonus more than once, using systematic low-risk betting strategies to complete wagering requirements with minimal exposure, or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonus funds and winnings voided, and the account may be permanently suspended.

i77 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. If a promotional offer is withdrawn after a player has already claimed it, i77 will honour the terms of the offer as they existed at the time of the claim, provided the player has not violated any of the applicable conditions.

All bets placed and games played on i77 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each product or game type. By placing a bet or participating in any game on i77, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of that product. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable rules before wagering real money.

Sports Betting: All sports bets on i77 — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, tennis, and basketball — are subject to i77's Sports Betting Rules. Key principles include:

• All odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet.
• i77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result is already known at the time the bet was placed, or where odds were clearly displayed in error (manifest error).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to i77's standard void and settlement rules for the relevant sport, which are available in the help section of the site.
• In-play bets are final once confirmed by the system. i77 is not responsible for any bets placed based on incorrect or delayed live score information displayed on the platform.

Casino and Slot Games: All casino games available on i77 — including live dealer games, slot titles, and crash games — are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are governed by the game provider and are available within the game interface.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on i77 carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or betting interface. i77 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum payout on any game or market at any time, including for individual accounts where there is evidence of professional or systematic play.

Disconnections and Technical Issues: In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round or live sports bet, i77 will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and settle the bet or game round fairly. Where the outcome of a round cannot be determined due to a technical fault, the bet amount may be voided and returned to the player's account balance. i77 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the i77 platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and will entitle i77 to take immediate action against your account:

• Registering more than one account on i77, whether under your own name or any other identity, for any reason including claiming multiple welcome bonuses.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or at any other point in your relationship with i77.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets, play games, exploit promotions, or interact with the i77 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players on i77 or any other platform to manipulate the outcome of any game, market, or promotion offered on i77.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities or bugs in the i77 platform or any third-party game to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from exploiting a known or unknown software vulnerability will be voided.
• Money laundering or using i77 as a vehicle for any financial transaction that is unlawful under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Accessing i77 on behalf of another person without their explicit consent, or operating an account under a false identity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or disputes with payment providers in bad faith to recover funds that were legitimately wagered and lost on i77.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or reproduce any part of the i77 platform, its software, game logic, or any proprietary technology used by i77 or its third-party providers.

i77 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account behaviour continuously. Accounts identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be flagged for review. i77 reserves the right to freeze an account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before making a final determination on account status. Players under investigation will be notified and given an opportunity to respond, unless withholding such notification is required for legal or security reasons.

Closure by the Player: You may request the closure of your i77 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. If you close your account while holding an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided. Real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please use the self-exclusion tool available in your account settings or contact our support team to activate it. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to reopen it until the exclusion period expires (for time-limited exclusions) or at all (for permanent exclusions). i77 will also take reasonable steps to ensure that self-excluded players do not receive marketing communications during their exclusion period. Suspension or Closure by i77: i77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match fixing, or any other unlawful activity.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant and subject to closure, with remaining balance returned to the player's last known withdrawal method where possible.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.

In all cases of account closure by i77 for legitimate breach-of-terms reasons, any balance comprising bonus funds, bonus-derived winnings, or winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Any genuine real-money balance (deposits minus losses, net of forfeited amounts) will be returned to the player at i77's discretion following investigation.
